Managed design, construction, lease-up of apartments as well as retail. The site was an assemblage from two land owners. This project had retail leasing/design challenges, some neighborhood opposition, environmental issues, etc. The significant entitlement process required extensive neighborhood outreach and environmental mitigation took place to make this development a reality.
