As Development Director worked on team to build company’s first high rise in San Francisco. Focused on architectural design, unit/common area interiors, working with construction group and general contractor. The execution of this project was challenged by the need to adopt existing architectural plans and work with a less experienced architect for high rise design (the transaction required this).
Large units for this area of SF – average unit size of 1075 sf, 1-3 bedrooms

Density – all 226 units built on approximately 1 acre site
16 floors of residential built above a garage
