As Division VP of Development on this project, I assisted with the complex entitlements which included gaining approvals from the California Coastal Commission. Oversaw design, construction and lease-up. Extensive grading and a mine reclamation made this a very complex and expensive site to build on – although the land was acquired far below market value.
